Substitutions:

  • A coach must designate a set of five players for the first 10 minutes, and a different set of five players for the second 10 minutes of the first half (without any substitutions within the two 10 minute periods). If a substitution is made, a two shot technical foul will be accessed on the coach but this will not count against he/she for ejection and the original player must be reinstated into the game. The clock will be stopped at the 5 minute mark of the third quarter for substitution only. The fourth quarter will be free substitution.
